3. Ask for a second opinion: Talking to people that work from home to see what they think of a listing before you respond can be helpful to avoid answering a host of phony listings.
4. Be wary: If the listing that you are considering seems kind of suspicious, send the company an email asking for more information before sending any personal information such as a resume. If you receive a response, check the email address to ensure that the email matches the company’s format which you may be able to find on the company website, as large companies will not use free email accounts.
5. Ask how the company hires: If you can, ask what the procedure of hiring is if the company hasn’t already mentioned it. This is a good way to gauge how professional the company is giving you a peek at what it is like working for them. If your outlook on the company isn’t good at the beginning, you will likely not want to work with such a company for very long, if at all.
Obtaining a job with a work at home company is a great way to earn money with having some flexibility and these jobs are only becoming more plentiful.
